Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clipxhub is a service marketplace, so there is nothing physical to ship. This policy explains when money paid into a campaign is returned and how cancellations work.
1. Creators: campaign budget
A campaign budget is held as escrow and is spent only when clippers earn from verified views on approved clips.
- Before any clip is approved: you can cancel the campaign and receive a refund of the full budget you paid, less any non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
- After clips are approved: you can stop the campaign at any time. The unspent part of the budget is refunded. Amounts already earned by clippers on approved clips and verified views are not refundable, because the work has been delivered.
- Campaign ends with budget left over: the unspent balance is refunded on request.
- Earnings found to come from fake or inflated views are reversed and returned to the campaign budget.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was taken from your account but your campaign did not go live, or you were charged twice, it is normally returned by your bank or card issuer automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us with your payment ID and we will trace and refund it.
3. Clippers: earnings and withdrawals
- It is free to join and to submit clips. There is nothing to refund.
- You can request a withdrawal when your available balance reaches $100. A payout request that has not been processed yet can be cancelled by contacting us before the payout run on the 21st and 22nd.
- A payout we cannot complete (wrong details, failed verification, review) is returned to your wallet balance.
4. How to ask for a refund
- Email support@clipxhub.com from the address on your account.
- Include your campaign name or payment ID and what you are asking for.
- We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.
5. Currency
Budgets are priced in US dollars and charged in Indian rupees at the rate shown at checkout. Refunds are made in the currency charged. Small differences can arise from bank charges and exchange rates.
