Terms of Service

1. What Clipxhub is

Clipxhub is a marketplace that connects creators, who fund campaigns and share long-form video, with clippers, who cut short clips, post them on their own social accounts and earn for every 1,000 verified views. We provide the platform, view tracking, wallet and payout tools. We are not a party to any agreement between a creator and a clipper beyond what is described here.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating several accounts to avoid a ban or a limit is not allowed.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal.

3. Campaigns, budget and escrow (creators)

• A creator sets a rate per 1,000 views, a total budget, a per-clip view cap and the platforms allowed.
• The budget is paid in advance and held as escrow. A campaign goes live only after the payment is confirmed.
• Money leaves the budget only as clippers earn from verified views on approved clips. A campaign closes when its budget is used up or when it is stopped.
• Creators approve or reject each submitted clip. A clip earns only after it is approved, and views counted before approval are paid after approval, within the campaign rules.
• By publishing a campaign the creator confirms they own or control the source content and grants clippers a non-exclusive licence to edit and publish clips of it for that campaign.
• Unspent budget can be refunded as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Clips, earnings and verification (clippers)

• Clippers must post clips from their own accounts and register those accounts in Clipxhub. A clip posted from an account that is not registered to you does not earn.
• Your earnings for a clip are the clipper rate shown on the campaign, per 1,000 views, up to the per-clip cap and above the minimum view threshold set by the campaign.
• Views are collected from the platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) using their official data or approved third-party data providers. Numbers can differ from what you see in an app. Our recorded count is final for payouts.
• Earnings are first held for 7 days. This lets us catch fake views and removed or reported content before money becomes withdrawable.
• Clips must stay public for at least 30 days. If a clip is deleted, made private or removed early, we may stop paying for it and reverse unpaid earnings.

5. Fees

Clipxhub keeps a platform fee, which is the difference between the rate a creator pays and the rate a clipper earns. The clipper rate is always shown on the campaign before you submit a clip. Payment gateways and payout methods may charge their own fees, which can be deducted from the amount you receive or pay.

6. Wallet and payouts

• Verified earnings are credited to your Clipxhub wallet. You can withdraw once your available balance reaches $100.
• Payouts are processed once a month, on the 21st and 22nd, by UPI, bank account, PayPal, USDT or wire transfer, to the details you provide. You are responsible for entering them correctly.
• A payout can be delayed or refused if your KYC is incomplete, the earnings are under review, or we suspect fraud. Refused payouts return to your wallet.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may deduct or report taxes where the law requires it.

7. Fraud and prohibited behaviour

The following are not allowed and may lead to forfeited earnings, reversed payouts, suspension or a permanent ban:

• Buying, botting or otherwise inflating views, likes or comments, or using a service that does.
• Submitting content you do not own, or someone else's post as your own.
• Submitting content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, infringes someone's rights or breaks the rules of the platform it is posted on.
• Misusing the service, attacking its security, scraping it, or interfering with other users.
• Sending or receiving payments in a way meant to avoid our fees or verification.

Clips that look suspicious are held for manual review. Our decision on a review is final.

8. Third-party platforms

Your posts live on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Their own terms apply, and they can remove content or accounts at any time. Clipxhub is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change features, fees or these terms. When we make an important change we will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Clipxhub at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Money that is genuinely yours and verified will still be paid out after any investigation, unless it came from a violation.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Clipxhub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of platforms, creators, clippers or payment providers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to, or earned through, Clipxhub in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.
